I highly recommend this repair shop. The attention to detail they pay to your vehicle his top notch. They source parts that are quality, and if they are not, they will go as far as seeking out the part from an original equipment manufacturer. Their timeliness and consistent communication into the estimated completion date was more than what I expected. They enabled me to work with my insurance company on the rental, which I never had to use while my vehicle was in the shop.. They explained all the work that was done as well as further instructions to ensure the warranty work will not be voided. Thank you team for your service!

Super helpful and not pushy. Opens early and salesman greeted me as I drove thru lot. I wasn't sure of what kind of car i wanted to purchase. Older gentlemen that's been there many years offered several suggestions. I decided to keep looking. Went to Midlothian and found a vehicle I wanted but they were not willing to offer a dime for my trade in or come down on price. Got Internet add showing the vehicle I wanted at Loyalty Used Cars. I called and they brought the car up from their Williamsburg lot that same day. I bought it and the process was very quick and painless. Manager was very kind and friendly. Great business and I'll be back.

Haven't bought a car from them yet but I did go and test drive one. The salesmen who I talked with named Archie was down to earth, friendly and very respectful. He had a great personality. I'm still in the hunt for a vehicle and I hope when I do buy one Loyalty has the vehicle and price I'm looking for. I recommend Archie!

Archie was vary pleasant and professional. He was driven to make sure i left the lot happy and driving away in a reliable vehicle. I am now have my own car, after two years of having to use public transportation. If you need wheels and a friendly handshake, Archie is your guy.
